Refund & Returns Policy

Noor-e-Kainat Welfare Trust (NKW Trust) is a non-profit organization located in Lahore, Pakistan. We are committed to providing humanitarian assistance to those in need, regardless of race, religion or gender.

We understand that there may be times when you need to request a refund for a donation or volunteer registration. We will do our best to accommodate all reasonable refund requests.

All donations made to NKW Trust are final and non-refundable. However, we will consider refunds in the following cases:

• If you made a duplicate donation.
• If you made a donation in error.
• If you are unable to fulfil your volunteer commitment and have already registered and paid.

To request a refund for a donation, please contact us at noorekainat2017@gmail.com within 30 days of making your donation. Please include your name, email address and donation confirmation number in your request.

Volunteer registration fees are non-refundable. However, we will consider refunds in the following cases:

• If you registered for a volunteer opportunity and are unable to fulfil your commitment due to unforeseen circumstances.
• If you registered for a volunteer opportunity and we cancel the opportunity.

To request a refund for a volunteer registration fee, please contact us at noorekainat2017@gmail.com within 30 days of registering for the opportunity. Please include your name, email address and volunteer registration confirmation number in your request.

We will process all refund requests within 15 business days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Under Pakistani law, you have the right to request a refund for any goods or services that you have purchased, including donations to non-profit organizations. However, there are some exceptions to this right, such as for goods or services that are custom-made or perishable.
