Every contribution matters to us. This policy explains when and how a donation made in error can be refunded.

Overview

We are grateful for every donation. Because contributions directly fund our welfare programs, donations are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error, please contact us promptly and we will do our best to help.

Refund eligibility

A refund request may be considered when:

  • The donation was a duplicate or accidental transaction.
  • An incorrect amount was charged due to a technical error.
  • The request is made within 7 days of the donation.

How to request a refund

Email us at noorekainat2017@gmail.com with your transaction details — the date, amount, and reason for the request. The more detail you provide, the faster we can verify and process your request.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take several business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Review & approval

Each request is reviewed individually. We will confirm by email once your request has been reviewed and let you know the outcome and any next steps.
