Independence Day Celebrated at Noor-e-Kainat Welfare Trust

The trust marked Pakistan's Independence Day with a cake-cutting ceremony attended by our team, members and families from the community.

On 14 August, Noor-e-Kainat Welfare Trust marked Pakistan's Independence Day with a gathering at our centre. Team members, trustees and families from the surrounding community came together to celebrate the day.

The ceremony opened with the cutting of a cake in the national colours, green and white. Guests wore Independence Day badges and the hall was decorated for the occasion, with children and elders sharing the celebration side by side.

For us the day carries more than celebration. Independence brings a responsibility toward the people still waiting for the most basic things — a classroom, a doctor, a wheelchair, a warm meal. That responsibility is the reason this trust exists, and it is the promise we renewed together on this day.

Our thanks to everyone who joined us, and to every donor whose support keeps this work going through the year. Pakistan Zindabad.

Work like this runs on the generosity of our donors. A contribution of any size helps us reach the next family.
